Who are we?

The Service Center is the cornerstone of our personal lines customer experience, operating as the primary point of contact responsible for policyholder support, retention, and service execution on behalf of our enrolled independent agency partners across our six-state footprint. This team handles all critical daily functions on behalf of our agents, from billing and policy processing to quoting and binding new business and managing complex escalations and de-escalation scenarios. The Service Center plays a vital role in executing the company's retention strategy and provides essential frontline feedback to Underwriting and Product teams, while maintaining constant communication with Agency Partners to ensure smooth service delivery across our core Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella product lines.
