Role Description

The Lead Agency Trainer is the strategic architect of our training development strategy, ensuring our independent agency partners are equipped for success. Acting as the "voice of the agency," this role identifies critical learning opportunities and surfaces industry trends to leadership. Beyond curriculum design, the Lead Trainer recommends priority enhancements for systems and technology to improve the agent experience. They serve as a key strategic partner to the Field Marketing team, seamlessly incorporating marketing messaging and brand priorities into all training materials to drive cohesive growth.
