Role Overview
Role Description
The Agency Services Representative serves as the primary liaison for our Agency Services group, representing a broad portfolio of programs including the Service Center and Remarketing. This role is highly collaborative, requiring seamless coordination with Field Marketing, the Service Center, and Sales Operations. As an advocate for Agency Services, the representative is responsible for supporting agent onboarding, driving program adoption, and ensuring partner retention. By gathering frontline insights and competitive intelligence, they provide the critical feedback necessary to inform and evolve our overarching business strategies.
