Role Overview

Role Description

The Agency Services Representative serves as the primary liaison for our Agency Services group, representing a broad portfolio of programs including the Service Center and Remarketing. This role is highly collaborative, requiring seamless coordination with Field Marketing, the Service Center, and Sales Operations. As an advocate for Agency Services, the representative is responsible for supporting agent onboarding, driving program adoption, and ensuring partner retention. By gathering frontline insights and competitive intelligence, they provide the critical feedback necessary to inform and evolve our overarching business strategies.

The focus for this role is on sales aptitude, relationship management, and data-driven persuasion: 

Relationship & Influence: 

  • Agency Advocacy: Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an agency, from staff to principals. 

  • Value-Based Retention: Uses data and performance metrics to ensure agents understand the value of our services, directly supporting program retention. 

  • Negotiation & Coaching: Skilled in negotiating terms of partnership and coaching agents on how to best utilize our tools and programs. 

Sales & Strategic Aptitude: 

  • Sales Mastery: Demonstrates a strong sales aptitude to drive program adoption and "sell" the benefits of the Agency Services suite. 

  • Independent Execution: A self-starter capable of managing a territory or agency list with minimal daily supervision. 

Collaboration & Knowledge: 

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Effectively partners with internal peers in Sales Ops and the Service Center to resolve agent issues and streamline onboarding. 

  • Competitive Intelligence: Identifies and communicates market trends and competitor moves back to leadership. 

KPIs

Success is measured by the growth and stability of the agency partnership network: 

  • Retention & Growth: Measured by Service Center agency retention rates and the number of new agencies onboarded. 

  • Program Success: Specifically tracking the Remarketing Program conversion rates within their assigned agencies.
