Role Overview
Role Description

Provides data-driven insights that support marketing performance and decision-making. Translates raw data into actionable recommendations across channels and campaigns.

Interprets channel and campaign performance metrics accurately
Builds and maintains recurring dashboards and scorecards
Performs QA on tracking, tagging, and data sources
Understands attribution models (first/last touch, multi-touch)Identifies trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities
Translates data into clear insights and recommendations
Partners with channel owners to inform decisions
Documents methodologies, assumptions, and definitions
Maintains data integrity and consistency across reports
Web analytics platform (e.g., Google Analytics)
Reporting & dashboards (e.g., Excel, Looker, Tableau)
Data querying or structured analysis tools (basic SQL or equivalent)
Communication tools (PowerPoint, outlook)
Key Skills & Competencies

Dashboard accuracy and uptime
