Role Overview
Role Description

Field Associates gain hands-on experience completing on-site loss inspections, documenting damage through photos and measurements, assessing coverage-related issues, and partnering closely with both desk and field claim owners throughout the life of a claim. Associates develop foundational skills in customer communication, claim investigation, estimating fundamentals, policy interpretation, negotiation, and regulatory compliance while serving as the face of Plymouth Rock in the field. As their experience and technical capabilities grow, the Homeowner Claims Associate Adjuster progresses into independently investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving low to moderate complexity property claims in accordance with established claims guidelines, service expectations, and regulatory requirements.
