Role Overview
Role Description

A Homeowner Claims Adjuster is responsible for independently managing and resolving moderate-complexity property claims in accordance with established guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a local presence for policyholders, providing on-site inspections, face-to-face customer support, and responsive communication throughout the claim process. The position operates with minimal oversight and requires a strong understanding of coverage, policy interpretation, and end-to-end claim handling best practices. The adjuster is confident in making appropriate coverage decisions and is Xactimate Level II Certified, with the ability to produce accurate, defensible estimates for mid-complexity losses. The adjuster demonstrates sound judgment in recognizing when to escalate issues, while remaining open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
