Role Overview
Role Description

This role involves handling highly sensitive and complex claims, typically exceeding $100,000 across all coverage features. Regional travel will be required to support the needs of the claims organization in our footprint.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of home residential claim adjustment, demonstrating a high level of competency and independence. The candidate will act as a liaison between the policy holder and various other parties ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims. As part of an experienced fast-paced team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service while contributing your expertise to enhance processes and strengthen our company culture. The large loss representative will have higher productivity expectations.

Proficiency in Xactimate X1
High estimate accuracy
Strong knowledge of claims processes, homeowners policies, and state compliance regulations
Possess superior customer service
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated capacity to successfully manage challening claim situations
Effectiveness in amicably resolving claims with public adjusters
Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
