Role Overview
Role Description

Owns a marketing channel or functional domain end-to-end. Sets strategy, drives cross-functional alignment, and is accountable for performance outcomes and team growth.

Sets and owns channel strategy aligned to company growth goals
Translates enterprise objectives into clear channel roadmaps
Leads + develops managers + senior ICs
Owns channel performance, KPIs, and outcomes
Balances short-term execution with long-term scalability
Makes disciplined prioritization and investment decisions
Drives cross-functional alignment with Product, Analytics, Ops, Finance, and Legal
Anticipates risks, dependencies, and market changes
Uses data, testing, and insights to continuously optimize performance
Acts as a catalyst for change and improvement
Communicates strategy and results clearly to senior leadership
Builds a culture of accountability, learning, and results
