Role Overview
Role Description

Ensures efficient, scalable execution of marketing campaigns and programs by managing workflows, tools, timelines, and cross-functional coordination.

Owns campaign and project workflows end-to-end
Manages intake, prioritization, and timelines across teams
Coordinates dependencies with legal, product, IT, analytics, and finance
Ensures accurate setup, QA, and launch readiness
Maintains process documentation, SOPs, and templates
Identifies inefficiencies and recommends process improvements
Supports scalability and repeatability of marketing execution
Tracks operational metrics (cycle time, throughput, bottlenecks)
Maintains strong attention to detail and follow-through
Work management and intake tools
Marketing automation or execution platforms
Documentation and collaboration tools
Communication tools (PowerPoint, outlook)
