Role Overview
Role Description

A Senior Homeowner Claims Adjuster is responsible for independently managing and resolving complex property claims with strict adherence to all policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. This role requires disciplined coverage analysis and the confidence to make and fully own claim decisions, including clear documentation and rationale. The adjuster is highly proficient in estimating and capable of producing accurate, defensible estimates for complex losses, while effectively negotiating scope and pricing with contractors. Candidates are expected to be pursuing or have attained AIC certification, reflecting advanced technical expertise and commitment to the profession.

Deep knowledge of all coverages/forms
Assists Supervisor with coaching and feedback
Capable of running team meetings
Relays changes in processes to team
Performs QA to ensure team is performing to standards
Works x-functionally to drive results
Clear and concise, professional communication
Identifies process improvements
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for inspections and ride alongs with team members
