Role Description

A Homeowner Claims Supervisor is a frontline leader responsible for setting and executing team strategy while driving consistent, high-quality claim outcomes. This role leads through effective coaching and feedback, developing adjuster capability and holding the team accountable to performance, quality, and customer experience standards. The Supervisor manages team capacity and workload, conducts regular file reviews, and reviews and approves exceptions to ensure disciplined, fair, and equitable decision-making. They own escalations and Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints, ensuring timely, well-documented, and compliant resolution. Success in this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, sound judgment, and a proactive mindset as a catalyst for change, continuously improving processes and team performance.
