Role Overview
Role Description

A Homeowner Field Claims Supervisor is a frontline leader responsible for overseeing field operations and driving consistent, high-quality claim outcomes through coaching, file reviews, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback. This role manages field capacity, territory assignments, and workload distribution while developing adjuster technical skills, customer service, estimating accuracy, and coverage application. The Supervisor reviews and approves exceptions, handles escalated customer and Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints, and ensures fair, compliant claim handling in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, operational awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement and strong policyholder experience.
