Role Overview
Role Description

A Homeowner Large Loss supervisor is a frontline leader responsible for overseeing a Large Loss and Content Specilist Team who drives consistent, high-quality claim outcomes through coaching, file reviews, and real-time feedback. This role manages Team assignments, and workload distribution while developing adjuster technical skills, customer service, and coverage application. The Supervisor reviews and approves exceptions, handles escalated customer and Department of Insurance (DOI) complaints, and ensures fair, compliant claim handling in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements. Success in this role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, operational awareness, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement and strong policyholder experience.
