Role Overview
Role Description

Monitor team members' presence on the phone system and ensuring adherence to guidelines, as well as overseeing training for new team members and coordinating with other departments. Assess team's performance through quality assurance results and interactions, identify improvement areas, and deliver targeted training. Manage escalations, participate in projects, and provide progress reports on underwriters' work quality. Handle systems access for new hires, oversee team chat, and monitor and report on various aspects such as underwriters's phone usage, workload, QA results, among other initiatives.
