Role Overview
Role Description

The Senior Agency Trainer is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-impact training programs, facilitating both in-person and virtual sessions for our independent agents. This role is essential in driving sales and ensuring the successful adoption of new products, technology, and system enhancements. Senior Trainers operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing training development and content independently while proactively recommending new courses and curriculum updates to address evolving business needs.
