Training & Quality

Who are we?

The Training & Quality department is dedicated to ensuring our company and our people are continuously growing and operating at peak performance. This team designs and delivers all internal learning programs—from new hire orientation to advanced leadership courses—and manages strategic, cross-functional projects (like system rollouts or process improvements). They partner closely with IT for system training, with Underwriting and Claims to ensure regulatory compliance education is up-to-date, and with all Departmental Supervisors to address skill gaps and drive the successful implementation of new business initiatives.
