Role Overview
Role Description
The Agency Trainer is the primary facilitator for our partner education programs, conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions for independent agents. In this role, you work closely with management to develop and update onboarding materials and training content that ensure our agents are well-versed in our products and systems. This role is essential for setting the standard for the agent experience from day one of their partnership with Plymouth Rock.
