Role Overview

Role Description

The Sales Operations Supervisor oversees daily operations for the Sales Operations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This role provides strategic guidance, actively manages team performance, and implements key strategic projects to support and grow the remarketing program. The Supervisor builds and maintains strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support operational objectives. They possess a deep understanding of the business environment and competitive landscape to inform decision-making and drive innovation.

The focus for the Supervisor is on formal management, strategy, and cross-functional leadership: 

Strategic Leadership & Management: 

  • Ability to Think and Act Strategically: Required for aligning team operations with overall business goals and managing the remarketing program. 

  • Strong Coaching and Mentoring Skills: Essential for managing team performance, developing talent, and improving team output quality. 

  • Leadership Training: Required completion of formal training focused on supervisory and managerial skills. 

Operational & Project Expertise: 

  • Strong Project Management Skills / Process Improvement: Required for implementing key strategic projects and driving operational efficiency through process improvement. 

  • System Expertise: Must be an Expert in core systems: ADR, Administration of Agent Web, and Salesforce. 

Data & Communication: 

  • Advanced Data Analysis: Ability to build tables, sort data, and understand formulas in Microsoft Excel to monitor performance metrics and inform decisions. 

  • Communication: Strong Written and Verbal Communications Skills, essential for clear reporting and stakeholder relationship management. 

  • Software Proficiency: General proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 

KPIs

Performance is measured by team efficiency, accuracy, and project delivery: 

  • Project Delivery: Create and Meet project deadlines for assigned strategic initiatives. 

  • Accuracy: Ensures Team Accuracy of 90–95% on quoting and core tasks. 

  • Quote Timeliness: Ensures Delivery deadlines are met 60 days prior to the effective date. 

  • Team Adherence: Ensures Team quote deadlines met consistently.
