The combined Sales and Agency Operations team is the essential engine that ensures our distribution channels run smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly. This function handles both the strategic execution (like managing quoting platforms, analyzing sales data, and implementing growth initiatives) and the administrative support (such as new agent appointments, system access, and regulatory compliance). The team constantly collaborates with Underwriting to clarify risk acceptance, with IT to ensure all agent-facing systems are running smoothly, and reports key performance metrics to Senior Leadership to drive organizational growth and partner satisfaction.
