Reporting directly to the Director of Agency Services, this department serves as the unified strategic and operational backbone for our entire network of Independent Agency partners, driving their success and ensuring business efficiency. This umbrella team integrates three key functions: Operations handles the administrative logistics, compliance, and strategic execution necessary to keep distribution channels running smoothly; the Service Center provides expert, high-volume customer and policy service on the agents' behalf, ensuring strong retention; and Agency Experience builds strong relationships and delivers performance-driving consultation and training. Collectively, Agency Services maximizes agent profitability, ensures full compliance, and acts as the central voice for agency and customer needs to influence Underwriting, Product, and Marketing strategy.
