Role Overview
Role Description
This role concentrates on leading, mentoring, and coaching underwriting direct reports, focusing on developing their underwriting skills and cultivating future leaders. A key function is supporting company initiatives (IT and Strategic) and interpreting policyholder and agency analytics. The Supervisor must work collaboratively across the organization, executing and creating processes to identify and address Rate Evasion, identify potential areas of risk, and partner internally with Claims, Sales, Product, and Customer Service. At all times, you must represent the brand, deliver Six Sigma results, and maintain the highest level of customer experience.
