Customer Service

Who are we?

The Customer Service team is the heart of our customer experience, serving as the primary point of contact for our policyholders. Their main role is to provide empathetic support, answer questions about policies and billing, and process routine changes efficiently. This department collaborates closely with Claims to initiate the First Notice of Loss (FNOL) process, with Underwriting to clarify policy rules, and with Sales Operations to ensure smooth processing of quotes and renewals, acting as a true customer advocate across the entire organization.
