Role Overview

Role Description

The Sales Operations Specialist II manages quoting and sales operations tasks at an advanced level. This individual leads testing and project initiatives, provides mentorship and training to team members, and conducts quality assurance reviews to ensure both accuracy and compliance across the team's output.

Key Skills & Competencies

The focus for this senior role is on project leadership, quality assurance, and advanced technical execution: 

Project & Quality Leadership: 

  • Basic Project Management Skills: Possesses the foundational skills necessary to lead testing and smaller project initiatives. 

  • Mentorship & Training: Ability to provide mentorship and training to junior team members and conduct quality assurance reviews. 

System Mastery & Execution: 

  • Quoting Proficiency: Maintaining proficiency in quoting for 6 states in Agent Web. 

  • System Fluency: Maintaining proficiency in the core policy systems: Polstar and Policy Pro. 

Foundational Skills (Maintained): 

  • Accuracy & Organization: Maintaining a Detail-Oriented focus and Strong organizational skills. 

  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 

KPIs

Performance is measured by maintained accuracy and project timely delivery: 

  • Quoting Accuracy: Maintaining 95% quote accuracy or higher. 

  • Project Timeliness: Consistently meeting imposed deadlines on Sales Ops project work.

P & C (Property and Casualty) License is a significant advantage.
