Role Description
The Sales Operations Specialist I consistently meets or exceeds the responsibilities of the prior role. This individual acts as a resource for peers for questions and training, handles more complex tasks, and proficiently troubleshoots operational issues. Specialists I take on responsibilities as part of a project team and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to problem-solve and enhance sales support processes.

Quoting Proficiency: Proficient in quoting for 6 states using the Agent Web platform.

Mentorship/Resource: Ability to act as a go-to resource for peers for questions, training, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Accuracy & Organization: Maintaining a Detail-Oriented focus and Strong organizational skills.
